Terms of Use

Effective [date] · Olive Bible Club

These are the simple, friendly terms for using Olive Bible Club. By creating an account for your family, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy & Safeguarding page, which explains how we protect your family's information.

1. Who can use Olive Bible Club

Accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian (18 or older). Children take part through the account a grown-up sets up and consents to — children can't register themselves. By registering, you confirm you're the parent or guardian of the children you add, and that you agree to these terms on their behalf.

2. Your account

3. Being kind & fair

This is a gentle, faith-based space for children. When using it, please don't:

4. Content

The lessons, verses, games and artwork we provide belong to Olive Bible Club (or those we license them from), and are for your family's personal, non-commercial use in the club. Artwork a child creates remains theirs; when a child chooses to share a colouring, it's shown only inside their own club, never publicly.

5. The free taster

The "play a game" taster on our home page is free, needs no account, and collects no information about the person playing. If you require to have a better feel of the play zone using our sandbox, you can click the link for Requeste a Trial. It's there so children and families can enjoy a sample before deciding to join.

6. Running the service

We work to keep the club available and improving, and we add new activities over time. We may occasionally update, pause, or change parts of the service, and we may need to carry out maintenance. We'll try to keep any disruption small.

7. Ending use

You can leave at any time and ask us to close your account and delete your family's information (see our Privacy & Safeguarding page). To keep children safe, we may suspend or remove an account that misuses the service or puts a child at risk.

8. Our promise & its limits

We care deeply about this service and run it with reasonable skill and care. At the same time, we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or unexpected losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Nigeria, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
